One of my recent favourites to come onto the cooking scene is Rachel Khoo, a thirty-something Croydon born chef living in Paris.

She moved to Paris to do a patisserie course at the world famous Cordon Bleu and went on to do baking workshops as well as publishing two cookbooks in French- a pretty mean feat considering she spoke no French when she arrived!

Her third book (first in English) is called ‘The Little Paris Kitchen’ and it has plenty of French classics with a bit of a British twist.

I am going to try this recipe soon…
