It’s not unusual for Scandinavian parents to leave their kids outside to nap in their pram. This article shows how it is not uncommon to let them sleep in temperatures below 0c. Some pre-schools encourage the children to stay outside for as long as possible and only go inside for meals or when the weather is exceptionally cold.
